


Spicy spianata
The Spianata is a typical Calabrian sausage which takes its name from the particular smashed shape. Pork’s most flavorful meats, shoulder and pork belly, carefully selected and mid cut chopped, are aromatized with Calabrian red hot chili and black pepper. The meats are put in special grids in order to give them the characteristic smashed shape, then left to season for a minimum of 40/50 days. Our Spianata are gluten- and dairy- free.
