


Red mild or spicy gentile
The Soppressata Gentile is obtained by the processing of the leanest, nerve-free, pork meats, ham and filet, with the addition of the best lard coming from the front part of the loin. Chopped coarsely and aromatized with sweet or hot red Calabrian chili, depending on the chosen recipe, the meats are bagged in natural pork guts which, being covered by a layer of lard, requires a seasoning of a minimum of 90 days. This allows the product to become particularly soft and tasty. Our soppressate gentili are gluten- and dairy-free.
