


White soppressata
The Soppressata is the most noble amongst the Calabrian sausages as it is obtained by the processing of the leanest, nerve-free pork meats, ham and filet, with the addition of the best lard deriving from the front part of the loin. Chopped coarsely and aromatized with black peppercorn, the meats are bagged in natural pork guts, pierced and hand-tied with natural twine. Seasoning time of 45/60 days. Our soppressate are gluten- and dairy-free.
