Rolled bacon

It is a particular sausage which is obtained from pork belly and from spare ribs. After the salting process, it is aromatized with a Calabrian chili dressing and hand worked, by kneading it and rolling the bacon on itself. The bacon is rolled on itself and left to season for a minimum of 90 days. Our rolled bacon is gluten- and dairy-free.
