Italian cured pork belly - La nostrana

Our cured pork belly is a particular cold cut obtained solely and exclusively from heavy pork, accurately selected. After the salting phase, it is rinsed with water and wine vinegar and covered on the external surface with powdered Calabrian chili pepper. The seasoning takes place in environments with controlled humidity and temperature for a minimum of 45/60 days. Our Italian cured pork belly is gluten- and dairy- free.
