Mild red or spicy spianata

The Spianata is a typical Calabrian sausage which takes its name from the particular smashed shape. Shoulder and pork belly, carefully selected and mid cut chopped, are aromatized with sweet or hot red Calabrian chili, depending on the chosen recipe, mild or spicy. The meats are put in special grids in order to give them the characteristic smashed shape, then left to season for a minimum of 40/50 days. Our Spianata are gluten- and dairy- free.
