Cured pork belly - La nostrana

The line of smoked cold cuts was intended by the company to reprehend the typical Calabrian tradition passed down from generation to generation and enrich our cold cuts with the characteristic flavor given by the smoking process. "la Nostrana" is a particular cold cut obtained solely and exclusively from heavy pork, accurately selected. After the salting phase, it is rinsed with water and wine vinegar and covered on the external surface with powdered Calabrian chili pepper. Naturally smoked, the seasoning takes place in environments with controlled environmental parameters for a minimum of 45/60 days. Our cured pork belly is gluten- and dairy-free.
