


Mild or spicy curved sausage
The line of smoked cold cuts was intended by the company to reprehend the typical Calabrian tradition passed down from generation to generation and enrich our cold cuts with the characteristic flavor given by the smoking process. The sausage is obtained by pork shoulder and bacon. Mid cut chopped, kneaded and aromatized with fennel seeds and Calabrian sweet chili or hot chili, the meats are bagged in natural guts and tied in order to give them the characteristic horseshoe shape. Naturally smoked, the seasoning takes place in environments with controlled temperature and humidity for a minimum of 30 days. Our smoked sausages are gluten- and dairy-free.
