Since 1967, at the foot of the imposing chestnut trees and the majestic firs of the Silan Upland, where the air is fresh and pristine, the Sausage Factory Menotti is found. Wanted by Menotti Caligiuri whom, with a great entrepreneurial spirit, undertook a significant challenge: to give continuity to Calabrian craftsmanship, unique and inimitable, bringing to the table of Italian families cold-cuts prepared with infinite wisdom, following the most antique and secret local recipes. A company closely bonded to the territory, representative of a culture and a tradition, but also innovative and committed to the quality of all of its products. A vanguard structure that follows all of the strict applications of the HACCP system. The meats, personally controlled and chosen from selected breedings, are flavored only with local aromatic ingredients, such as certified Calabrian chili, bagged in natural gut and hand-tied with natural thread. The environments are accurately conditioned to favor the delicate, long and slow seasoning process. The Sausage Factory Menotti is very sensible also to the problems related to food intolerance. For such reason, all of the cold-cuts are gluten- and dairy-free.
